IQuest has been an absolute blessing so far. It has allowed me to make the most out of my 24 hours in a day to accomplish things that I love. My mentor owns FLEX gym in downtown Danville. I communicate with him on a consistent basis but most of the hours I put in are at my house doing my workouts and chasing my goals. I workout about 120 minutes a day and 75% of those workouts are at my house. I have a brief workout when I wake-up, a long workout during my IQuest hours, a brief workout to prepare me for practice and a 30 minute workout after practice. My workouts are completely customized to help me reach my potential.

Details around my project include much more than the workouts listed above. I throw with my quarterback coach for 2 hours on Sundays and have 1on1 trainings with my basketball trainer about 3 times a week for an hour as well as watch film with him once a week to learn from the previous game.

Positives include being able to use the time that would have been wasted otherwise to work extremely hard doing what I love. I am using these hours every day to work towards my goal of playing in the NFL. Other positives are not having a 6th period and being able to have a legit 3 hours.

I cannot think of any negatives. The class is truly ran perfectly.

I have learned that consistency is huge. Results come when you work hard consistently versus working out hard a few days a week.

The first semester of IQuest was great yet very busy with actual sports. The next semester will be a lot more open and I will be doing a lot more traveling to my personal coaches in SoCal and Arizona.

I will not make many changes because it is going so successfully. One change is I will use the FLEX gym in the mornings once I have more intense workouts before school but I did not have those types of workouts this semester because I was constantly in season.
